Mekimart owns and maintains mekimart.com, a corporate Website and an e-commerce platform. mekimart.com allows users to browse and make purchases of fresh fruits, vegetables and pre-cut items. The following are the Terms of Use (the “Terms and Conditions”) that govern, use of the Site by all visitors and users of the Website, whether browsing or making a purchase. Please note that your use of the Website service constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Site. It is a responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions, on every occasion you use this Website and your continued use of the Website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions. All the Information (as defined below) provided must be accurate. Providing any inaccurate Information constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s) requested.

Mekimart Group may terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. If you submit information to this Site, you warrant that the information does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties. Mekimart Group also reserves all legal rights to any and all legal recourse that may be required as a result of the violation of this provision.

The copying, printing, downloading of any material from this site for personal or commercial use, other than for placing an order with Mekimart Group is strictly prohibited, and all rights are reserved, with regards to any available or required recourse by Mekimart Group.

Applicable Law

The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regard to conflict of laws and principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in Dubai.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
